Planning a shoot from overseas? Start here, then send us your brief.
Can I use AI-generated images as references?
Yes. They can help show a mood, colour palette or direction. We use references to plan the shoot, then photograph your actual product. We agree what can be achieved through lighting, styling and retouching before we begin.
Can I send samples directly from my supplier?
Yes. You can send from your own stock, factory or supplier. Once the scope is agreed, we confirm the delivery address and sample requirements. Please contact us before sending anything.
Do I need to travel to Macau?
The brief, visual direction, image review and final delivery can be handled online. Tell us where your team is based so we can agree a practical communication plan.
What happens to the samples after the shoot?
We agree the arrangement before the shoot: retention, return shipping or disposal. If you do not need samples back, tell us in your brief. Any storage period and shipping costs are confirmed per project.
Are there customs charges?
Confirm the shipping documents, product restrictions and any applicable charges with your supplier and courier before dispatch. Requirements depend on the product and route, including any return shipment. We confirm sample arrangements before you ship.
What affects the estimate and delivery date?
The number of SKUs and final images, styling, retouching, usage and output requirements all shape the scope. We confirm availability and timing after reviewing the brief and sample arrangements.
Can you work to our store or campaign specifications?
Share your required dimensions, background, file formats, usage and any brand guidelines. We agree the deliverables, licensing and revision scope with you before the shoot.
